One former Miami Dolphins player is showing off a major physique change post-retirement.
We have seen plenty of players retire, and then let themselves go and enjoy doing things they could not do when they played.
But, Mike Pouncey, is the exact opposite.
The longtime NFL center looks to be in the best shape of his life.
Pouncey has lost 70 pounds and looks like a completely different person.

When playing on the offensive line in the NFL, being heavy is part of the job.
You have to have weight and strength to be able to battle with defensive linemen.
So, while Pouncey admitted to eating like a “pig” while he played, he has put his health first post-playing career.
Pouncey was doing this press conference after he signed a one-day contract with Miami.
He spent seven of his nine years as a Dolphin, and that is why he wanted to retire with them.
This is not the first time we have seen an offensive lineman get into better shape after retirement.
The same thing happened with former Cleveland Browns offensive tackle, Joe Thomas.
He got himself into such good shape that he was participating in game shows.
It is impressive to see Pouncey looking this good, as he gets set to enjoy retired life.
