LeBron James has been the NBA’s ruling force for two decades now.
So, it’s only normal to think that multiple teams would be glad to take his elder son once he’s become NBA Draft-eligible.
That will be the case with Bronny James in 2024 after he spends one year in college, and it seems like his draft stock has risen quite a lot over the past couple of months.
In fact, ESPN’s experts project him to be a top-10 pick next season, with the Orlando Magic as the current frontrunner to acquire his services.

Notably, LeBron James has been vocal about his desire to play with Bronny at some point in his career, and he even admitted that he would gladly take a veteran-minimum deal to fulfill that dream when the time comes.
James’ contract with the Lakers runs through the 2024-25 season, and the Magic have more than enough assets to try and trade for The King if it comes down to it.
LeBron continues to go strong at age 38, and he’s shown no signs of slowing down whatsoever, but he’s not getting any younger, so his next career stop might as well be the last
Bronny wasn’t considered an elite prospect, and some claimed he wouldn’t even be a one-and-done prospect if it wasn’t for the fact that he’s LeBron’s son.
But the physical traits are clearly there, and he’s got perhaps the greatest mentor of all time, so don’t be shocked if you see him become a top-10 pick.
