New York Giants fans and New England Patriots haters will all agree that Eli Manning should rank ahead of his older brother Peyton in the all-time rankings.
Well, that’s a bit of a stretch, but they might be the only people who could actually feel that way.
However, the younger Manning brother just got the ultimate bragging rights — at least for a full year — after beating Peyton in the Pro Bowl festivities.
The Pro Bowl event debuted a new format this season, featuring a combination of three flag football games and multiple skills challenges in an attempt to make it more competitive for the players and more exciting for the fans.
And even though the AFC — which Peyton coached — entered the flag football stage with a big lead over the AFC, Eli coached his team into a big enough win to seal the comeback.
Needless to say, the Giants legend didn’t waste the chance to rub it on his big brother’s face, calling himself the greatest coach of the Mannings.
“It’s official, you can’t doubt it, I am the greatest coach of the Mannings. I am so much better at coaching than Peyton. The NFC won, the guys bought in, they played awesome,” Eli said.

Eli and Peyton have been known for their hilarious trash-talking throughout the years, which is one of the many reasons behind their success with their Monday Night Football alternate broadcast, also known as the ‘ManningCast.’
And while Peyton will forever rank higher in nearly every single category and award, Eli will now get to say he beat Tom Brady in the Super Bowl twice and his big brother in the first-ever Pro Bowl flag football game.
That’s the ultimate bragging rights:
