The Philadelphia Eagles have been widely viewed as having the best 2023 NFL Draft.
Not only did they get both Jalen Carter and Nolan Smith in the first round, but they added several other players that look to make a year-one impact.
Tyler Steen and Sydney Brown were two of their later-round picks, and both have recently signed their contracts, per the team’s Twitter.

Steen was a third-round pick and played his final collegiate season at the University of Alabama.
His collegiate career began at Vanderbilt, but when he got an opportunity to transfer to a powerhouse, he took full advantage.
Steen was tasked with protecting Bryce Young as a member of Alabama’s offensive line, a massive reason for Young’s success.
He will join one of the league’s best offensive units in Philadelphia, learning from veterans like Jason Kelce and Lane Johnson.
Brown was also a third-round pick and spent his entire college career at the University of Illinois.
Although Brown is a smaller safety prospect, his 40.5-inch vertical jump makes him an intriguing addition to the Eagles’ defense.
The Eagles made it to the Super Bowl last season, and have regained many of their starters from last year.
As they look to contend in the NFC once again in 2023, they will hopefully help grow and develop players like Brown and Steen, who represent the future of their franchise.
Thankfully for these young rookies, the Eagles coaching staff is seasoned and has produced significant stars over the past several years.
