During his time in the NBA, Dwyane Wade made many fans.
He is still treated like royalty by anyone who loves the Miami Heat but there are plenty of NBA followers rooting for different teams who also hold him in high regard.
That’s because he not only loves the game, but he also loves the people who support him.
ClutchPoints highlighted an exciting, unique moment that Wade allegedly shared with a fan during the 2008-09 season.
Wade apparently sent a direct message to someone on Facebook, thanking them for their support and favorable comments.
When asked about this on Instagram, Wade said, “I can’t confirm nor deny but it’s giving me.. This is probably real.”

In the message from 2009, Wade said he just wanted to “drop a note to say its been real cool reading your comments on my facebook page.”
He confirmed that it was him in the message and then talked about the rest of the season and an upcoming game against the Utah Jazz.
For the fan, it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment.
At that point in his career, Wade was averaging a league-high 30.2 points as well as 5 rebounds and 7.5 assists.
He was already a champion but was a few years away teaming up with LeBron James and Chris Bosh and starting a second era of dominance in the league.
Wade still had 12 more years left in him before retirement and was already considered one the best guards of all time.
His status as one of the greatest to ever play the game has only grown since 2009 and he is now not only a Hall of Famer but also a member of the NBA 75th Anniversary Team too.
And he still has so much love for the fans.
