The Golden State Warriors are officially on their way to the second round of the playoffs after beating the Denver Nuggets.
Their next competitor will be the winner of the Memphis Grizzlies/Minnesota Timberwolves matchup.
While the Warriors made easy work of the Nuggets, that doesn’t mean they didn’t put up a few challenges.
In fact, Warriors player Draymond Green had nothing but great things to say about Denver’s main star.

Speaking of Nikola Jokic, Green had nothing but major praise for the former (and possibly future) MVP.
He called Jokic incredible and commented that: “Usually when guys are that talented and skilled, they’re soft. He’s far, far from soft.”
Green usually isn’t one to be so positive so Jokic has obviously left quite an impression.
That’s not surprising, considering he’s easily one of the best players in the entire league.
Not Joking Around
Unsurprisingly, Jokic has been doing incredible work during the playoffs – it just wasn’t enough.
He scored an average of 31 points, 13.2 rebounds, and 5.8 assists a game.
And don’t forget that he also had a 57.5% field goal percentage.
There are few players like Jokic: he is a big, intimidating defender but also moves like a man half his size.
Some have said he’s one of the best passers in NBA history and it’s hard to deny that.
Unfortunately, the team around Jokic isn’t strong enough to make the Finals.
Because of injuries and other shortcomings, the Nuggets are still a few pieces away from dominating the rest of the league.
Of course, Jokic is still on his way to back-to-back MVP trophies.
That’s because Green is right: Jokic is far, far from soft.
