Following the monster trade that gained them Donovan Mitchell, fans of the Cleveland Cavaliers are very happy with their team right now.
Those who follow the Cavs already felt the 2022-23 season could be a big one for their squad but now their prospects just grew in a major way.
The team could really be a playoff presence with Mitchell on board.
He is one talented, superior athlete – as proven by the statistics of his career so far.

In the history of the Cavaliers, the two players with 25 or more points per game in a season are just LeBron James and Kyrie Irving, who did it ten times and one time, respectively.
Meanwhile, Mitchell has averaged 26.1 points per game over the last two seasons with the Utah Jazz.
If he is able to keep that up with his new team, Mitchell will immediately become a Cavaliers icon and will prove that he’s worth all the hard work and assets Cleveland gave away.
Mitchell Making Moves
Mitchell is going to be a force to be reckoned with in Cleveland.
It’s beyond his 26.1 points per game.
Mitchell has a great command of his body, terrific handles, and a wonderful understanding of the floor and how to find his teammates and make plays.
He is coming onto a team that already has two other All-Stars and a slew of young, talented players looking to become superstars.
Excited fans are elated to imagine a season with Mitchell, Darius Garland, Jarrett Allen, Evan Mobley, and the rest of the crew.
It’s been a long time since the Cavaliers have been so promising.
In fact, fans haven’t been excited since the days of James and Irving.
