The Los Angeles Dodgers bullpen is one of the team’s many strong-suits as they enter the 2022 season as heavy favorites to win a World Series championship.
The bullpen features Craig Kimbrel, Blake Treinen, Brusdar Graterol, Tommy Kahnle, and Daniel Hudson.
Today, they inked veteran reliever Dellin Betances to a minor league contract.
Joel Sherman of the New York Post points out an interesting little fact on Twitter, that being that the Dodgers now have a fascinating group of pitchers who are coming back from injuries and could be key factors for the Dodgers in 2022.
The group consists of Betances, Kahnle, Danny Duffy, Dustin May, and Jimmy Nelson.

Extra Weapons
Los Angeles’ bullpen is already one of the best in all of baseball, but if they can get all these pitchers back and healthy, they’re going to have a lot of viable options, which will make their pitching staff look even scarier.
All of these pitchers are capable of bouncing back and putting together solid seasons.
The Dodgers would only further cement themselves as the World Series favorites if they were to get each and every one of them back and healthy for 2022.
These pitchers could turn out to be X-factors for the Dodgers this year.
They already are arguably the best team in all of baseball, at least on paper.
But extra pitching reinforcements surely wouldn’t hurt them.
The Dodgers are deep and talented and look ready to make another run at a championship this season, which would be their second in three years if they were to accomplish that.
We’ll see what happens with these pitchers and if the Dodgers can get them all back and ready to contribute.
