Ja Morant of the Memphis Grizzlies is one of the best young players in the league right now and has a very promising future in the NBA.
But his recent actions are putting that in jeopardy.
According to NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski, Ja Morant was seen on his own Instagram live displaying a gun while at a nightclub early Saturday morning.

The video in question showed Morant dancing and enjoying time out with his friends, while briefly showing off a handgun.
This is just the latest in a string of nasty headlines around the Grizzlies superstar.
It was recently revealed that Morant got into a fight with a 17-year-old during a pickup basketball game and allegedly punched the teen several times.
Morant has also been accused of threatening a security guard at a Memphis mall and was involved in an incident between his associates and the Indiana Pacers that resulted in his friends being banned from the Grizzlies’ arena.
All of these stories paint a picture of a terrific young player who can’t seem to keep his personal life in order.
It’s not clear what the NBA will do following their investigation.
Earlier this season, they suspended Kyrie Irving after he posted about an antisemitic film and book on social media.
He was only allowed to return to his team after completing multiple milestones created by the league.
Will Morant have to do something similar to that?
