The Indianapolis Colts pulled off a thrilling victory in Week 10 over the Las Vegas Raiders.
No one knew what to expect out of the Colts as they entered this game with interim coach Jeff Saturday.
But, to the surprise of many, the Colts played well and found a way to win.
Granted they were facing the Raiders, who look like one of the most dysfunctional teams in the league.
But, a win is a win and Saturday was able to help his team get it done.

His first major decision as a head coach came when he decided to start Matt Ryan over Sam Ehlinger at quarterback.
It turned out to be the right call as Ehlinger has struggled in his two starts this year, but Ryan was efficient on Sunday.
While this was impressive from Saturday, he has not quite silenced his critics yet.
Keep Winning
There are still plenty of games left in the season and he will have to win more than one for people to stop criticizing him.
The critics of Saturday were out in full force after he was hired this past week.
Stating his lack of coaching experience in the NFL or college as a major issue.
But, that did not seem to matter on Sunday.
More problems will present themselves for the Colts throughout the rest of the season and it will be interesting to see how Saturday handles some adversity.
But, it is hard not to be impressed with the new coach after one game.
His next test will come in Week 11 against the undefeated Philadelphia Eagles.
If Saturday’s team can win that game then you might not be able to see a critic in sight.
