Everyone knows that Devin Booker of the Phoenix Suns is one of the best shooters and greatest guards in the league right now.
But he is not often mentioned in the conversation for MVP this season and perhaps he’s tired of that.
He should definitely be in the running for that trophy after Wednesday night, as Booker just showed the entire league what he is truly capable of.

In just three quarters, Booker was good for an astonishing 51 points, 6 assists, and 6 three-pointers.
Booker was doing so well that he didn’t even play in the fourth quarter.
He didn’t have to, he had already made a huge statement.
Say what you want about Booker but no one can deny that this is one elite basketball player.
Booker Blowing Up
Believe it or not, this was not the best game of Booker’s career.
Fans remember when he scored 70 points for the Suns back in 2017.
However, there is a huge difference now: Booker’s Suns are a much, much better team today than they were back in 2017.
Booker was in the zone on Wednesday and it felt like anything he tried had a 100% success rate.
The man was blessed with the ball and even the aggressive defense from the Bulls couldn’t touch him.
This was actually the fourth 50-plus point game from Booker but his first since 2019, before the team underwent upgrades, transformations, and became true Finals contenders.
Booker has been having a banner season so far and he’s a major reason why Phoenix is now the best team in the West.
He is now averaging 27.9 points per game, along with 5.8 assists, and 5.4 rebounds (which is a career-high).
Look out Luka and Giannis, Booker is now officially fighting for MVP too.
