The Phoenix Suns are hoping to put their painful postseason behind them and once again return to the NBA Finals in the upcoming 2022-23 season.
But the team hasn’t made many changes in the last few months, leading some to say that isn’t possible.
However, when you are dealing with a team like the Suns, you should never count them out.

Part of the reason why so many people have such faith in the Suns is their shooting guard Devin Booker.
Booker is an All-Star in just about every way and is still just 25 years old.
He has played in the league for 7 years now and is ready to make year 8 his biggest yet.
Devin Dominating Yet Again
Booker has always been good (he was averaging 22.8 points in his second season) but he has gotten even better over the last few seasons.
This is partly due to his own expertise growing but also because of the addition of Chris Paul, one of the best point guards in the world.
Booker is now averaging 26.8 points, 5 rebounds, and 4.8 assists a game.
Still, his team continues to fall short of the greatness they crave and the rings they want to wear.
They came close a couple of seasons ago when they faced off against the Milwaukee Bucks in the 2021 NBA Finals.
They then ended last season with the best record in the West.
However, some fear that time is slipping away from the Suns: Paul might be retiring soon, the Western Conference is getting stronger, and their chance of a championship might be diminishing.
Booker swears he’s ready to do more for his team and finally claim that ultimate prize.
We will see if he’s right in the new season.
