The Arizona Cardinals are hoping to bounce back from the disappointing end to their 2021 NFL season.
While they made the playoffs, they were easily outclassed by eventual Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams.
DeAndre Hopkins is raring to play in 2022, especially after not playing in that Wild Card Game
He is a vital part of the Cardinals offense because they went 8-2 last season with him playing.
However, it will take a while before he can return to the field after getting a six-game suspension for violating the league’s policy on performance-enhancing drugs.
But Hopkins is refuting the recent findings of him using performance-enhancing drugs.

Due to the decision, the wide receiver tweeted “See you Week 7.”
He also mentioned, “To learn that my November test came back with trace elements of a banned substance, I was confused and shocked.”
It’s possible that the wideout received a false positive.
If he does, the NFL must cancel his suspension.
But one line in his entire statement could make football fans think that he might have known that the decision was coming.
Did Hopkins Take A Banned Substance Without Knowing?
His line, “But even as careful as I have been, clearly I wasn’t careful enough,” may have a deeper context.
Is he taking supplements that might have traces of banned substances?
Is Hopkins not aware of what he’s taking?
Either the NFL’s testing for PEDs is flawed or Hopkins isn’t fully aware of everything in the supplements he is taking.
