The Las Vegas Raiders are one of the favored teams next season because of Davante Adams‘ inclusion.
The Raiders traded for the All-Pro wideout and gave him a five-year, $141.25 million contract.
His arrival gives the Raiders a legitimate deep threat to go with slot receiver Hunter Renfrow and tight end Darren Waller.
Quarterback Derek Carr will also benefit from having his former Fresno State teammate because he can now throw the deep ball with favorable results.
But in his final year with the Green Bay Packers, Adams had a splendid season with 123 receptions, 1,553 yards, and 11 touchdowns.
Those numbers were enough to return him to elite status in the Madden NFL video game.

The Madden NFL 23 Twitter account shared the clip when Adams received his 99 Club Chain and trophy from Pro Football Hall of Famer, and arguably the greatest wideout of all time, Jerry Rice.
It’s a surprise that Adams genuinely enjoyed it because he was visited and honored by one of his childhood heroes.
Upon entering Adams’ house, Rice showed him the Madden box to re-welcome him to the 99 Club.
It’s a prestigious honor that will definitely inspire Adams to perform better for his new team.
Tough Competition Ahead For Adams
Helping the Raiders win the AFC West division title will cement his case for being the top wide receiver in the league.
He will be up against some of the best wideouts in the league with the Los Angeles Chargers, Kansas City Chiefs, and Denver Broncos.
Therefore, he will have to sustain his 99 rating in the real games to give Las Vegas a fighting chance to succeed.
