Cooper Kupp had one of the best seasons in NFL history this year and he’s still not done.
The Los Angeles Rams receiver finished the regular season with 1,947 yards and 16 touchdowns.
That gave him Offensive Player of the Year honors for the season and even led to a shocking result on the NFL MVP voting tally.
Kupp got one vote, becoming the first receiver to do so in decades.
Cooper Kupp became the first wide receiver since Randy Moss in 1998 to receive an NFL MVP vote.
Incredible season with more to gain on Sunday.

The receiver got one single vote in the MVP category won by Aaron Rodgers.
But even one vote is monumental because going forward, he can always put that into negotiations for new contracts.
Official MVP voting:
Aaron Rodgers: 39
Tom Brady: 10
Cooper Kupp: 1— Ari Meirov (@MySportsUpdate) February 11, 2022
Cooper Kupp Had A Great NFL Honors
The NFL handed out its awards Thursday night and Kupp got to take the stage after taking home the Offensive Player of the Year award.
The voting was not even close, as he blew away the competition.
Offensive Player of the Year voting:
Cooper Kupp: 35
Jonathan Taylor: 10
Tom Brady: 3
Aaron Rodgers: 2— Ari Meirov (@MySportsUpdate) February 11, 2022
It is a bit of a surprise that Jonathan Taylor failed to receive much support after rushing for 1,811 yards and 18 touchdowns.
The voters just clearly saw Kupp as a more dynamic player for the entire season.
The best part for the receiver is that he is not done yet.
His Rams are gearing up for the Super Bowl, which is much different than what other award winners can say.
Rodgers took the stage to accept his MVP trophy, but was eliminated early in the postseason in ugly fashion against the San Francisco 49ers.
The awards are strictly for regular season play, yet Kupp may have gotten even more MVP votes if postseason games were taken into account.
He is already a star and can take it to a new level Sunday with a big game.
