The Golden State Warriors entered the season with plenty of hope, but they’ve failed to meet expectations thus far.
Their second unit was terrible in the first half of the season, and Stephen Curry missing a lot of games with injuries doesn’t do a lot to help.
They’ve been the worst road team in the league, and they’re not even a lock to make the playoffs at this point.
Of course, we already know what this team is capable of in a seven-game series, so no one wants to meet them in the playoffs.
However, Charles Barkley doesn’t think they can come back from this — at least this season — and recently told Draymond Green that they have no chance of winning a championship.
Unsurprisingly, Green fired back at Barkley, who made the same comments last season before they won the title, but Chuck didn’t back down at all.
“The Golden State Warriors are cooked,” Barkley said.
“That’s crazy. You said that last year, but we all know you don’t know what you’re talking about,” Green replied.
“Y’all are cooked now… ya’ll are done… I’m telling you, y’all are done,” Barkley concluded.

The Warriors have championship DNA, and all they need is to be healthy to have a chance to beat every single team in the NBA.
Also, they brought Gary Payton II back, and his defense was a major factor in their title run last season.
But the clock is ticking, and the Western Conference is more stacked now than ever, especially with Kevin Durant arriving with the Phoenix Suns.
So, the Dubs only have one-fourth of the season to get their act together and try to fix their woes on the road.
Otherwise, this could be the end of the dynasty as we know it.
