The San Francisco Giants came up just a bit short in their pursuit of Aaron Judge.
But that doesn’t mean that they’re done trying to make some improvements for 2023.
San Francisco finished at .500 and fell short of the postseason on the heels of a 107-win campaign in 2021.
They have already managed to retain Joc Pederson, but after failing to land Judge, there are other stars that the team could look to sign as they try to compete with the Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres.
Carlos Correa is a player that they have been linked to recently.
On Twitter, one fan discussed the possibility of Correa playing for the Giants, and how by adding him to the Dodgers-Giants rivalry, Dodgers fans would hate him even more.
Dodgers fans already hate the guy enough.

Fuel To The Fire
At this point, everybody knows the reason why fans of the Dodgers are not fond of Correa, who spent the first seven seasons of his career with the Houston Astros.
In that span, the Astros defeated the Dodgers in the World Series, and were later exposed for illegally stealing signs with the use of technology.
One can only imagine what the Dodgers and their fans would think of him if he ended up signing with the Giants.
That would only add fuel to the fire in one of the most historic rivalries in professional sports.
It sure would make for some entertaining baseball though.
Correa is certainly not popular in Los Angeles, and if he were to sign in San Francisco, he would become even more hated than he already is.
