Baseball is coming back soon.
Spring training will begin in less than a month and the game we all know and love will be there to get us excited for a new year.
For fans of the St. Louis Cardinals, baseball season is a special time of year.
St. Louis is a baseball city with wonderful traditions and a great history.
Each generation has seen more than their fair share of winning teams.
The team also has 11 World Series titles to their name.
On Twitter, Cardinals analyst Tom Ackerman summed up the beauty of baseball in the City of St. Louis and echoed the excitement of Cards fans who are ready for another year of baseball.
One of the things I was thinking about over the weekend… baseball is therapeutic in a lot of ways. No matter what kind of day you’re having, there’s a game every night. It will always be there if you need it. Can’t wait for the fans to be back. See you at the ballpark. #stlcards

There are reasons to be excited about the 2023 season in St. Louis.
Firstly, the Cardinals made a huge addition when they signed catcher Willson Contreras to a five-year, $87.5 million deal.
Of course, it won’t be easy adjusting to life without Yadier Molina behind the dish, but a new era is set to begin on the banks of the Mississippi River.
Then of course, Adam Wainwright will be gearing up for another season.
Unfortunately, it will be his final season in the big leagues, but fans in St. Louis love their ace and are looking forward to seeing the two-time World Series champion compete one last time.
The Opening Day festivities are another reason for fans to be excited.
The team’s Hall-of-Famers will gather on the field and await the arrival of the 2023 team as they enter the field in pickup trucks to the tune of a raucous crowd.
