The Arizona Cardinals organization has been under immense scrutiny throughout the season.
They are just 4-9 on the season, and many analysts throughout the league have criticized the way the front office has handled the team as a whole, from the coaching staff to their players.
One of these concerns is how the Cardinals have treated their franchise quarterback, Kyler Murray.
With Kyler Murray's season likely over, the Cardinals have officially mismanaged and wasted the entirety of his rookie contract.
A fireable offense by all involved.

Murray tore his ACL in the Cardinals’ game against the New England Patriots on Sunday and is out for the season.
Right before the 2022 campaign, Murray signed a five-year, $230 million contract with the Cardinals, which will average out to $46 million per season for the next five years.
The Cardinals are on the hook with Murray, and one might imagine that they cannot be happy with the way that he’s being treated within the organization and that the team isn’t winning games, even with Murray at the helm.
Where Can The Cardinals Go From Here?
For starters, they could fire their coach, Kliff Kingsbury.
Kingsbury has led the Cardinals to a record of 28-33-1 in his tenure with the team up to this point.
Murray was the Cardinals’ first overall draft pick in 2019.
While he has played well individually, the Cardinals haven’t been able to find as much success in the win column as they would have hoped.
Moving forward, they might be able to find increased success with a new coaching regime.
Only time will tell.
But, with a quarterback being paid as much as Murray, it’s hard to imagine the Cardinals’ front office will be patient for long.
