Minnesota Twins star outfielder Byron Buxton is one of the most exciting young players in the game of baseball today.
He’s a five-tool guy who can do it all.
But one thing that has been an issue for him early on in his career is injuries.
Over the weekend, Buxton came up with a little soreness in his hip.
But looking on the bright side of things, Buxton seems to have it under control.
He says his hip isn’t a major concern and is just something that he needs to keep his eye on.
He also revealed he tried several methods to improve the state of his hip, including acupuncture, which is something Buxton tried for the first time in his life.
We asked Byron Buxton what his level of concern is about his hip.
"None. Something I've just got to stay on top of."
He said he tried "just about everything you can name" in treatment today, including acupuncture for the first time in his life.

Dedication
This goes to show the ultimate dedication of Buxton, that he is willing to do anything and everything possible to stay healthy and remain on the baseball field for a full season.
Buxton is a uniquely talented ballplayer with a ton of upside and potential.
It’s just the injuries that have kept him off the field, as staying healthy has eluded him for some time.
But Buxton knows that he wants to go out there and push through it, proving what kind of player he can truly be.
The 28-year-old star has hit nine home runs to begin the 2022 season.
He is also hitting .278 with 17 RBIs and a 1.064 OPS.
Buxton finally seems to be putting it together, and you can bet he’ll continue to do the best he can to fight through the injuries and stay healthy so that he can finally prove how talented he truly is and show what he can do on the baseball field.
