Bryce Hall is a social media star who began on YouNow and has found success on a variety of social media platforms.
Although he has had a successful YouTube channel since 2015, Hall has found a wave of fame as a TikTok influencer.
Despite the great success and adoring fan base he has found from an early age, Hall is known for causing drama and making some controversial statements.
As he has gotten older, Hall seems to have calmed down and focused more of his attention on his investments.
What Is Bryce Hall’s Net Worth?
Bryce Hall has a net worth of $2 million which he has earned through his popularity on social media platforms and his musical career.
Hall first came into popularity when he began posting videos on Vine in 2014.
The social media star was born on August 14th of 1999 in Ellicott City, Maryland, and was raised by his mother.
Sadly, Hall grew up in a household where his father was abusive which caused them to have an extremely strained relationship.
Throughout middle school and high school, Hall had experienced intense bullying and often lacked friends.
He turned to an early social media platform called YouNow as a place to make friends and create a life separate from what he had known.
Hall would eventually expand his digital presence to Music.ly and Vine.
Before Vine was deleted, Bryce Hall had more than 30,000 followers on the discontinued platform.
He now has 21.3 million followers on TikTok, 7.4 million followers on Instagram, and 3.54 million on YouTube.
Since finding his initial success on social media, Hall has managed to use his fame and fortune to get into investing in an attempt to make more out of his money.
He has looked to expand his fame by joining one of the biggest content creator houses in Los Angeles and taking on other forms of entertainment, such as being featured in the documentary Jawline and facing other social media stars in the boxing ring.
All the money and fame may have gotten to Hall’s young mind, which has led the young celebrity to land himself in plenty of legal trouble.
He has earned himself a criminal record and a poor public image due to choices he has made and has had to defend himself in court multiple times.
Joining Sway House
During the early years of TikTok, content creators across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok decided to move in together in order to easily collaborate and make social media content together.
However, content creator houses like Sway House and Hype House quickly proved that they couldn’t keep things professional.
TalentX Entertainment created Sway House in January of 2020 after seeing the success of Hype House.
The talent agency brought together Bryce Hall, Josh Richards, Kio Cyr, Jaden Hossler, Anthony Reeves, Blake Gray, Noah Beck, and Griffin Johnson.
However, Hall wanted out of the house by August of 2021 due to a laundry list of problems that had arisen after Hall joined the content creator house.
When fans asked why Hall wanted to leave the group, he stated that he needed a group of friends who were willing to work as hard as they were willing to party.
The Sway House members were met with arrest after arrest, along with an endless number of personal problems among the members.
However, the problems weren’t just contained within the walls of the house.
The young men’s problematic behavior was causing problems for their entire Los Angeles neighborhood, and their neighbors were tired of the social media stars’ chaos by the summer of 2020.
Before the Sway Boys moved into the neighborhood, the entire street was quiet and never got too much traffic.
Despite the pandemic and public safety restrictions that were going on in Los Angeles, the house parties of the young stars were getting bigger, louder, and longer all the time.
When Bryce was asked what he thought about the neighborhood’s reaction, he claimed that was simply young and just trying to live the dream life that any 20-year old would want.
However, his house parties earned him his criminal record.
Being The Next Social Media Celebrity Boxer
Bryce Hall wanted to follow in the footsteps of other popular social media influencers and enter the world of amateur celebrity boxing, similar to the Paul brothers.
Although both Jake and Logan Paul have found victory in the boxing ring, it seems that Hall hasn’t been as lucky.
Fans were shocked when Bryce Hall was announced for the YouTubers vs. TikTokers boxing event in 2021.
Hall was sent to fight Austin McBroom during the pay-per-view event, but Hall didn’t put up as good of a fight for team TikTok as he hoped.
McBroom was quick to show how the match was going to go, pummeling Hall in the first round.
Despite the beating he was receiving, Hall managed to survive to the third round before McBroom won the match by TKO.
Although Hall may have lost the match, he still managed to take home $5 million for participating in the fight.
After the fight, Hall stated that wasn’t the best fighter and “never claimed to be a fighter.”
By January of 2022, Hall was craving some time in the boxing ring once again and wanted to show the world what he’s really made of as a boxer.
This year, he plans to earn his first victory and already has his opponents lined up.
Hall plans on fighting YouTube star Deji Olatunji and the rapper duo Island Boys.
The social media star first announced his return to the ring on his Instagram story.
He then quickly took to Twitter to rile up some potential opponents.
When Hall challenged the Island Boys, he offered to take on both Flyysoulja and Kodiyakredd on the same night if a commission would sanction the fight.
His fans hope that Hall will be able to fight well enough to keep his promise of winning a match.
Being Sued Over Sexual Harassment Claims
In the autumn of 2017, Bryce Hall and his best friend Mikey Barone knowingly made false statements about Hall’s manager at the time, Michael Weist.
The whole debacle started when Hall began experiencing problems with his Twitter account.
On November 3rd of 2017, Bryce Hall’s primary Twitter account was compromised and didn’t allow Hall to log in.
Hall quickly began tweeting about the situation from his secondary Twitter page where he made some bold statements against Weist and claimed that Weist was the hacker.
Despite having no evidence that Weist was behind his social media problems, Hall continued to make defamatory comments about the Good Times Live CEO.
Hall’s Twitter rant started with him immediately claiming that he knew who was behind the Twitter hacking.
Only a little later into the day, Hall threatened to make a YouTube video about it.
However, he then claimed that the topic would be too emotional for him to talk about in a video.
Hall took things to a whole new level when tweeted out, “managers who touch their clients in ways they don’t wanna be touched hide the truth by hacking their Twitter accounts.”
This was quickly followed by a tweet saying, “oops didn’t mean to tweet that.”
Bryce Hall then began having his best friend Mikey Barone “confirm” his claims, and Barone then began defending Hall by attacking anyone who claimed to know Weist and knew he would never do such a thing.
By the time Weist had gotten on social media for the day, the situation had blown up, and he was clueless.
Despite what Hall had done, Weist began working with Twitter to get Hall’s account back for him and then swiftly dropped him and Barone as members of Good Times Live.
He then sued the problematic pair for defamation.
The Los Angeles Altercation
In October of 2020, Bryce Hall got into a physical altercation at the Cinco Mexican restaurant in Los Angeles, California, which resulted in Hall getting arrested and sent to jail.
Although the online celebrity only spent one night behind bars, he claims that it was more than enough for him to feel the need to get his life together.
Problems between Hall and the restaurant staff began when the employees repeatedly asked Hall and his friends to quit vaping at their table.
After the group refused to quit vaping indoors, the staff was forced to cut them off from service and asked them to leave.
As per the restaurant’s policy for unruly customers, the staff members told Hall that he could retrieve his credit card outside of the building in order to ensure that he left.
The owner of the restaurant, Hernan Fernando, then had to step in to help the situation.
Despite the pandemic going on, Hall responded by blowing vape smoke directly into Fernando’s face without any regard for COVID-19.
Fernando attempted to usher Hall out of the building, but a friend of Hall’s went berserk and began “physically attacking and punching” the Mexican restaurant owner.
Although Fernando didn’t throw a single punch, Hall then used his arm to grab the owner by his neck and aggressively start choking him.
After the altercation, Fernando was left with a broken hand, a bruised face, pain from repeatedly being punched in the ribs, and neck and back injuries.
When Hall recounted what happened that night, he claimed that he was in the outdoor seating area and he had been asked to leave by the manager after vaping.
He told them that he’d leave as soon as he got his card, but Fernando then came pulling him out of the restaurant.
Going Against Los Angeles COVID-19 Regulations
During his time as a member of Sway House, Bryce Hall was never willing to deny that he loved to party.
However, it was his partying that landed him in a Los Angeles court against the City Attorney and gained him a criminal record.
With content creator houses popping up all over Los Angeles and their tendency to throw massive house parties, Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti threatened partiers that their utilities would be turned off if they didn’t follow the city’s public safety precautions.
Despite the warning, Sway House continued to party just as hard as if there weren’t a global pandemic going on.
After throwing a large birthday party at their shared residence, Hall and the other members of Sway House lost their access to utilities.
While the boys were able to keep their water running, the power had been turned off.
This didn’t stop the Sway Boys from partying at their other rentals, but it gave their main neighborhood a break from the usual commotion.
Bryce Hall was charged with a misdemeanor by the Los Angeles City Attorney for his violation of the Safer L.A. health order and the Los Angeles’s “Party House Ordinance.”
At the time, Los Angeles had lost thousands of citizens to COVID-19.
The Mayor of Los Angeles saw the frequent and crowded house parties that Sway House was throwing as completely disregarding the health and safety of others.
Although Garcetti never mentioned Sway House or its members by name, he spoke about their actions publicly soon after they had received their punishment.
Garcetti left that Sway House had turned the one-time family home into “a nightclub in the hills.”
In this scenario, Bryce Hall learned how your actions within a group can affect you on an individual level.
Purchasing His Own Home
Despite the foolish mistakes he has made, Bryce Hall seems to be at a turning point in his life where he is ready to make much wiser decisions.
One of the first parts of his plan to become a more responsible celebrity and adult is to invest his money in real estate.
In 2022, Hall purchased a $915,000 home outside of Las Vegas in Henderson, Nevada.
The home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms across 3,401-square feet with plenty of room outdoors on the 6,098-square foot property.
Hall’s new home is located in a gated community with Black Mountain creating the perfect Nevada view.
The home has an open floor plan, a 2-car garage, a courtyard entryway, a water softener, a tankless water heater, and a small guest house.
From the rooftop deck, guests are able to take in a full panoramic view featuring Black Mountain and the Vegas Strip, which is only 20 minutes away.
The house is also fitted with luxury stainless steel appliances.
Before guests reach the front door, they are greeted by a gravel garden that is fitted with a few potted cactuses.
When you first enter the home, you are surrounded by the open-concept first floor that includes the living room, kitchen, and then a dining room that hangs off the living room.
The kitchen features white stone countertops, an island with plenty of seating for casual meals, and an extra-wide Electrolux refrigerator.
Although the dining room has a simple design, it features three large windows that are perfect for letting natural lighting in.
Hall’s new master bedroom has carpeting throughout the whole room, plenty of space for seating, and a private balcony with a new neighborhood.
The master bathroom has dual vanities, a large shower, and a built-in soaking tub.
Becoming An Angel Investor
Bryce Hall began his investing journey on October 1st of 2020 when he invested money in Lendtable during their seed round of investing.
During his time as an investor, he has been able to sit back and discover how to run a proper business.
Lendtable is a financial business that helps people build wealth through investing in the 401(k) you receive from your employer.
Due to the size of the company, they only have an application for iOS and are only now working on an application for Android phones.
The second company that Hall invested in was Atmos when he joined the seed round of funding for the private company.
Atmos is a home-building platform that helps consumers design and create their own custom homes.
On January 28th of 2021, Hall joined the seed round of funding for VersusGame and helped raise $4 million.
VersusGame is a mobile application game developer that incorporates an online prediction money marketplace.
This investment has allowed Hall to enter the world of online gambling.
The application allows users to create games between their friends and earn winnings based on accurate predictions, such as allowing you and your friends to privately bet on competitive teams.
On March 31st of 2021, Hall became an angel investor for Price.com and helped raise $10 million during the seed round for the money-saving service.
Price.com saves its users money by using price comparison, cashback offers, coupons, price history, and price alerts to help get users the best price for the products they want most.
The most recent company that Bryce Hall has invested in is the healthy soda company Poppi, where he helped raise $13.8 million during the venture round of funding and then returned to help raise $13.5 million during the funding round.
Starting His Own Businesses
Bryce Hall has used his platform to help create buzz for multiple projects throughout his social media career.
Although not all of his businesses have managed to stand the test of time, it is clear that Hall has the entrepreneurial spirit and plans to use what he has learned as an investor to his advantage.
The first business that Hall ever started was his energy drink company Ani, which he founded with fellow TikTok star and former Sway House member Josh Richards.
The social media stars played a heavy role in crafting the alternative energy drink, unlike many other star-studded labels.
Another attribute that separates Ani from other energy drinks on the market is the fact that it is made to keep you energized and focused without having to rely on caffeine, which leads to caffeine crashes and high anxiety.
To give consumers the energy they desire, Ani uses B vitamins and green coffee beans.
The energy drink comes in a variety of different fruity flavors, such as black cherry and lemon-lime.
In September of 2020, Hall started Capital University with investor Anthony Pompliano.
The goal of the podcast was to allow listeners to learn how to better use their money alongside Hall because he felt that it was important to teach his younger fans how to be financially wise.
Hall claims that he doesn’t plan to follow the typical wealth-building path that most social media influencers take, which is lined with brand deals and selling your face for companies to use.
Instead, he plans to use the money he makes from merchandise to create a system of long-term investments that don’t rely on how popular he is on social media.
