Bruce Bochy is back in the dugout.
The 67-year-old signed a three-year deal to manage the Texas Rangers this past Friday.
Now, the Rangers have their man and have begun the process of potentially building a better team for 2023 and beyond.
Yesterday, the three-time World Series Champion was officially introduced as manager of the Rangers and made his goals very clear.
Bochy expressed excitement over the opportunity to manage the Rangers and stated that he was committed to bringing Texas their first World Series Championship.
“I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t want to bring a championship to Texas,” Bochy said. “I’m all in.”

Bochy Ready To Win In Texas
While there is still plenty of work to do this offseason, the Rangers could be a team to watch.
At the very least, they have a new manager on board who has won three World Series titles during his illustrious career.
The goal is clearly to build a winner in Texas.
That’s what Bochy wants and that’s what Bochy plans on being a part of.
The Rangers went 68-94 in 2022 after a busy offseason which saw them sign Jon Gray, Marcus Semien, Corey Seager, and Brad Miller.
But with a new manager, this may be the right time to go all in and give the fans in Texas a championship caliber team.
Bochy’s quote will certainly fire up Rangers fans and have them raring to go for 2023.
The Rangers have come close to winning a World Series before, but have never been able to seal the deal.
With Bochy on board, the Rangers may have a chance to do that soon.
