NBA legend LeBron James and his family survived a major scare this offseason.
Bronny James — LeBron’s firstborn — suffered cardiac arrest and collapsed while practicing with the USC Trojans, being rushed to the hospital and even being taken into the ICU.
Needless to say, that raised plenty of doubts about his future as a professional basketball player, as they didn’t even know the reason behind that incident.
But, James and Bronny went to several specialists to get to the root of the issue, and it seems like he’s out of danger and can resume his career without any issues.
That’s why it was so emotional and nice to see him being introduced by the Trojans ahead of the start of the NCAA basketball season (via Overtime and USC Hoops).

NBA fans have literally watched Bronny grow up.
He was just a baby when his father walked his first steps in the league, and he’s now just one year away from potentially joining him on the court.
LeBron has already stated his desire to play side by side with his eldest son, and there will be more than enough teams looking forward to making that dream come true.
But it’s not like that will be the only reason to get Bronny in the NBA Draft.
He’s made great strides as a playmaker and especially as a defender, and he was even deemed a top-10 prospect in ESPN’s early mock draft.
