The Denver Broncos revealed their Plan B and it’s as massive as a potential deal to land reigning MVP Aaron Rodgers.
ESPN’s NFL insider Adam Schefter dropped a shocking report about the Broncos’ new quarterback.

Schefter said, “Blockbuster: After weeks of negotiations, in one of the largest trades in NFL history, the Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos have agreed to terms for a deal involving Super-Bowl winning QB Russell Wilson, sources tell ESPN. Trade is pending a physical and Wilson’s approval.”
He also added that negotiations for this trade happened two weeks ago and not a knee-jerk response to the botched push for Rodgers.
Wilson’s approval is vital because he has a no-trade clause.
However, FOX Sports insider Jay Glazer reported that the Broncos are one of the teams that he will waive the clause for.
Meanwhile, the physical is also important after he dislocated his finger last season.
These moves are merely a formality for the trade to materialize and become official on the first day of the 2022 league year.
Trade package:
Seattle gets QB Drew Lock, TE Noah Fant, DL Shelby Harris, two first-round picks, two second-round picks and a fifth-round pick.
Denver gets Russell Wilson and a fourth-round pick.

The Trade Was Inevitable
Despite the statements by Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll that they won’t trade Wilson away, the contrary happened.
The nine-time Pro Bowler wanted to leave the team after their playoff loss to the Los Angeles Rams at home.
His contention was that Seattle never fixed the offensive line to give him better protection.
It seems that the sentiment never went away and he’s going to the Broncos.
Wilson will be a big boost to the offense that new head coach Nathaniel Hackett will implement.
His inclusion to the Broncos will also elevate the games of Jerry Jeudy, Tim Patrick, and Courtland Sutton.
The AFC West also got even more exciting with Wilson, Derek Carr, Justin Herbert, and Patrick Mahomes.
