Denver Broncos offensive lineman Garett Bolles thought he was Superman during one of the plays in their Week 4 game versus the division rival Las Vegas Raiders.
He tried to prevent cornerback Amik Robertson from scoring a touchdown off a fumble recovery.
However, Bolles missed by a mile, and his wife had to say something about it.
I’d be lying if I said I didn’t die laughing. Good effort though, babe 😂❤️ https://t.co/x1mwNz8hsW

Natalie Bolles tweeted, “I’d be lying if I said I didn’t die laughing. Good effort though, babe.”
Bolles was the only Broncos player left chasing Robertson.
But with the Raiders defensive back being faster than him, Bolles tried to dive in hopes of tripping Robertson before crossing the end zone.
Unfortunately, his attempt looked more as if he tripped than making a dive.
Still, Broncos coaches should commend his effort because he was the last line of defense.
Despite that blunder, Bolles is no pushover because he was a part of the 2017 All-Rookie Team by the Pro Football Writers Association.
The former Utah standout was also a Second-Team All-Pro in 2020.
The Broncos selected him in the first round of the 2017 draft, and he has started all 80 career NFL games.
He was also a First-Team All-Pac-12 for the Utes in 2016.
Another Ugly Broncos Defeat
Just when the Broncos were building momentum, they suffered defeat at the hands of their division rival.
The Raiders’ first victory of the 2022 season gives them five straight wins against the Broncos since 2020.
Sadly, the Broncos could not stop the Raiders’ rushing attack, especially Josh Jacobs, who finished with 28 carries for 144 yards and two touchdowns.
Worst yet, Melvin Gordon III had his fourth fumble of the season, and quarterback Russell Wilson led the Broncos in rushing yards.
The Broncos will try to bounce back in Week 5 when they face the Indianapolis Colts at home.
