The Houston Astros not only took Game 4 of the World Series against the Philadelphia Phillies last night, but they did it while throwing a combined no-hitter.
Cristian Javier threw the first six frames with nine strikeouts, and then Bryan Abreu, Rafael Montero and Ryan Pressly completed the feat with one inning each.
It’s the first combined no-no in postseason history and the first World Series no-hitter since Don Larsen threw a perfect game in 1956.
That’s how rare the Astros’ feat was.
The team made a cool video of what happened in Game 4.
“Episode 4: The Gang Throws a No-Hitter. #AstrosRecaps presented by @Academy Sports + Outdoors,” the Astros tweeted, with the clip.

A Cool Highlight Video To Remember The No-No
The video, neatly edited and presented, shows some of the highlights from the Astros win on Wednesday night, one that helped them even the World Series 2-2.
It has footage of the Astros doing pre-game warmups, and then Javier completely dominating Bryce Harper, Nick Castellanos, and other feared hitters on the Phillies side.
There was also the part, of course, in which Phillies reliever Jose Alvarado hit Yordan Alvarez with the bases loaded, bringing the first run to the scoreboard in an inning in which Houston would cross the plate five times.
All of the timely hits of that fifth inning were shown in the video, including Alex Bregman‘s double that plated two runs and Yuli Gurriel‘s RBI-single.
Of course, the video also has a cool shot of Ryan Pressly getting the final out on a roller to third base, completing the no-no and being hugged by his catcher.
The Astros hope Academy Sports makes another highlight video that features a win tonight.
