The Houston Astros are your World Series champions in 2022.
After winning 106 games during the regular season and capturing the top seed in the American League, the Astros disposed of the Seattle Mariners and the New York Yankees to reach the World Series.
There, they faced a resurgent Philadelphia Phillies team.
Thanks to their starting pitching and offense, the Astros rallied from a 2-1 series deficit to clinch their second title in six years.
Fans are certainly having a field day today, knowing that their team has officially cemented itself as a dynasty.
NBA analyst and diehard Astros fan Roosh Williams cited all the changes that the Astros have been through over the years and how each time they have responded to the adversity.
Lost AJ Hinch. Lost Jeff Luhnow. Lost Charlie Morton. Lost Gerrit Cole. Made it to an ALCS Game 7 without Verlander and Yordan. Lost George Springer. Lost Carlos Correa. Lost Michael Brantley for the season. Lost Yuli at the end of the series.
And never skipped a beat. Dynasty.

Astros Have Reached Dynasty Status
Like it or not, the Astros are officially a dynasty.
Even if you don’t want to count their 2017 title, they have emerged as a powerhouse in the American League.
They have reached the World Series four out of the last six years and won two titles.
After significant losses the past few years which included AJ Hinch and Jeff Luhnow, the Astros still managed to return to the mountaintop.
George Springer and Carlos Correa also left, and injuries claimed Michael Brantley and Yuli Gurriel.
But the Astros never stopped and fought until the end, earning a piece of history in the process.
And so, fans in Houston are rejoicing, and rightfully so.
