Jerami Grant has only been with the Portland Trail Blazers for one season but he’s done a lot during that time.
He averaged 20.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 2.4 assists on 47.5% from the floor during his first season with the Blazers.
However, he might not be there for much longer.
According to Mike Scotto, via NBACentral, Grant is expected to be available for a trade.
“Grant, who becomes trade-eligible on January 15, is expected to become available before the trade deadline,” Scotto reported on HoopsHype.

Grant has been moving around the league a lot since he got drafted in 2014.
He has played for the Philadelphia 76ers, Oklahoma City Thunder, Denver Nuggets, Detroit Pistons, and finally the Blazers.
He was doing some of his best work with the Blazers, so why would they trade him when he is just heating up?
This possible move shows just how much the Blazers are re-evaluating their future in the wake of the ground-shaking Damian Lillard trade.
Their priorities are changing and certain players who once looked so vital to the roster do not appear that way anymore.
Grant could be a valuable asset for a number of teams.
The Blazers could acquire a good haul in return for him and that is very attractive to them.
The team is currently in the midst of a major rebuild.
With Lillard gone, Jrue Holiday still on the market, Deandre Ayton coming in, and rookie Scoot Henderson about to start, the Blazers are going to have a very new look when the season tips off next month.
Grant will be with them when 2023-24 begins but it sounds like he won’t be there when it ends.
