There truly is nothing like a MLB reunion between two family members on a baseball field.
Back in spring training, before a game between the Houston Astros and Washington Nationals, Dusty Baker and his son Darren exchanged lineup cards in an emotional moment.
We also saw brothers Taylor and Tyler Rogers exchange the lineup cards before a game between the San Diego Padres and San Francisco Giants.
But on Thursday night, we were provided with another beautiful moment between a set of brothers.
Before the Chicago Cubs took on the Atlanta Braves in their series finale, Willson Contreras was met by his brother William before the two exchanged lineup cards.
The two of them shared a hug and also shed a few tears of joy.

Brothers On And Off The Field
Baseball truly is beautiful.
You can dive into the competition all you want and break down who’s better and who isn’t, but at the end of the day, baseball is a brotherhood.
And when a set of brothers get to meet on the baseball field at any point before or during a game, it’s special.
It’s not something you get to see every day, but something all baseball fans should cherish when they see it happen.
Willson Contreras obviously has some hardware to his name, including a World Series championship.
But the 24-year-old William Contreras is trying to follow in his older brother’s footsteps, and he’s already got a World Series ring to his name as well.
And the two of them got to share a great moment before Thursday night’s game.
The Braves ultimately won by a final of 5-1, but at the end of the day, this beautiful moment between two brothers stole the show.
