The Los Angeles Angels are lucky enough to have two perennial MVP candidates on their roster, those being two-way superstar Shohei Ohtani and slugger Mike Trout.
The sports betting site BetMGM released a graphic on Twitter that shows the odds for certain players to win the American League MVP Award.
Appearing on the graphic were players such as Aaron Judge, Jose Ramirez, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. Rafael Devers, Byron Buxton, Luis Robert, Kyle Tucker, Yordan Alvarez, and Wander Franco.
Also appearing on the graphic were the two Angels superstars.
Trout and Ohtani had the highest odds of any player on the graphic, with Ohtani sitting at +350 and Trout sitting at +450.

Dual MVPs
It’s a huge treat for any team to have two perennial MVP candidates on their roster, but in the case of the Angels, it might just be the best two players in all of baseball.
After all, both have won MVP awards in the past.
Ohtani earned MVP honors last year while Trout won it in 2014, 2016, and in 2019.
When those two players share a roster, you’re bound to have a solid team in place.
The Angels now have a solid team in place and some good pieces surrounding Trout and Ohtani.
But it will be fun to see both Trout and Ohtani fighting it out for the AL MVP Award while both being on the same ballclub.
It’d be a nice little friendly rivalry in a sense, two teammates fighting it out for one of the most prestigious awards in all of baseball.
We’ll see how these odds hold up, but one thing is for sure, and that is the Angels have two guys who are more than capable of putting up MVP-type numbers.
