The Los Angeles Angels are doing their best to try and capitalize on, quite possibly, the last season they will have both Shohei Ohtani and Mike Trout.
They haven’t gone to the postseason since 2014 and want to change that, signing Tyler Anderson and Brandon Drury while trading for Hunter Renfroe.
Trout and Ohtani, however, remain the two best players on the roster by far, and the main attractions for fans.
In fact, there are several bobblehead days for both stars throughout the season in Los Angeles.
Thanks to @curtiscook_, we have access to pictures of some of them, as a way to incentivize fans to get to the stadium and get their cool pieces of memorabilia.
“We got pictures of the Ohtani 13 Strikeouts Bobblehead giveaway on April 8 and the BB-8 & Mike Trout Bobblehead giveaway on April 21 #GoHalos,” he tweeted.

Both of them are not so far in the regular season calendar: in April.
It remains to be seen, however, if Ohtani is on the Angels roster in August and September.
There is a non-zero chance he is traded before the deadline if the Angels are out of contention by then.
Trout is safer since he is in a long-term contract with the team, but Ohtani will be a free agent after the 2023 campaign ends.
Will the Angels be able to retain and extend him?
Or will he find himself on another roster come August?
Only time will tell: there is no way to know before the summer.
Ideally, the Angels would embark on a playoff run and convince him to stick around for the long haul.
