A lot has been said of the Golden State Warriors trading Jordan Poole away.
Poole has been the focal point of criticism for quite a while now, from people calling out his attitude to reports stating that he didn’t get along with teammates in the locker room.
He also had questionable shot selection in the playoffs and did little to help his team’s winning cause while often showing off terrible body language.
That’s why Warriors veteran Andre Iguodala had to come in his defense, making it loud and clear that he wasn’t the only one responsible for the team’s struggles last season.
In his recent appearance on Gilbert Arenas’ Gil’s Arena, Iguodala claimed that Poole wasn’t able to play his game because he was surrounded by stars, and praised him for being the only player on the team who could consistently go to the line.

Even so, Poole’s altercation with Draymond Green set the tone — and eventually doomed — the Warriors’ season.
According to reports, he crossed the line in his trash talk, and even though Green was obviously wrong for the punch, Poole repeatedly pushed him away when he tried to make amends for the sake of the team.
Maybe all the criticism was unfair and he deserved another shot, but Poole isolated himself from the team as well.
