It might be a little while before the Chicago Bulls get Alex Caruso back on the floor but that doesn’t mean the team isn’t celebrating him.
Monday was Caruso’s 28th birthday and the Bulls took to Twitter to cheer him on.
My triple threat pose >>> 😭🥳 https://t.co/t4cGmWUZhk

Caruso responded to the picture the Bulls posted, remarking that he was standing in his “triple threat pose”.
He is being lighthearted about it but Caruso really is a serious threat to other teams – and that’s one of the reasons why the Bulls want him back so badly.
But they might not get their wishes for a while more.
Caruso On The Mend
Caruso has been out of the game since January, when he suffered a right wrist fracture due to a horrible foul from the Milwaukee Bucks’ Grayson Allen.
Since then, Caruso has been on the mend and attempting to return before the playoffs.
He returned to practice for the first time in nearly four weeks on Monday but it didn’t go as smoothly as he had hoped.
After weeks in a splint, Caruso was back on the floor taking shots and moving around with his teammates.
Caruso favored his right wrist and missed quite a few shots during the practice.
Coach Billy Donovan said that Caruso is on the road to recovery but still needs to get his strength back.
Even though it’s obvious that Caruso isn’t at 100 percent yet, he had to be excited to be back on the floor and inching closer to playing with the Bulls again.
The greatest gift Caruso could get would be a full return to the NBA but it’ll be some time before he gets that.
