The Houston Astros were presented a special uniform, made to celebrate the city’s connection to NASA and space exploration.
MLB presented the new Nike City Connect uniforms on Sunday, and the players will wear them for the first time when they face the Los Angeles Angels on April 20.
According to Space.com, the team will use the “Space City” uniform when they play at home, Minute Maid Park, on Mondays.
They will, of course, don it on “NASA Night” on July 16.
The uniforms are cool and look good on all players, especially on edited Alex Bregman.
The Astros’ third baseman uploaded a picture of himself wearing the Space City threads, he just looks a little… pudgy.

Astros writer Michael Schwaab uploaded the picture as well, tagging Bregman and writing “this is mesmerizing.”
The Comments Were Even Funnier
The comments were hilarious, too.
“Ty Wiggington hasn’t been an Astro for years. Weird they’re using him as a jersey model,” Mark Raup wrote, noting the incredible resemblance to Wiggington (he is not wrong!).

“That’s what too much Breggy salsa and chips will do to ya!,” Stros in Florida said.

It’s funny because it’s a pretty accurate representation of how Bregman would look with a few more years and pounds.
“Who made this,” the player wrote with a few laughing emojis.

Bregman, recently crowned the American League Player of the Week, is taking things lightly and shared a few virtual laughs with fans.
He remains, however, determined to show his worth on the field.
So far, he is slashing .429/.429/.857 with two home runs.
He seems eager to play a huge role in getting the Astros back in the World Series.
Can he reach that goal?
