Last season marked the end of an era for the St. Louis Cardinals as two franchise legends played out their final seasons.
Albert Pujols and Yadier Molina enjoyed a nice farewell tour in 2022, helping the Cardinals win the NL Central for the first time since 2019.
Unfortunately, it ended in disappointment, as the Cards were swept by the Philadelphia Phillies in the postseason.
The Cardinals will experience the end of another era this year, as Adam Wainwright plays out his final year.
But 2022 was still a special year in St. Louis, with Pujols and Molina providing a spark for the team.
On Twitter, the Pujols Family Foundation offered an interesting promotion, giving fans a chance to win a batting helmet signed by Pujols, Molina, and Wainwright.
A new exciting season of baseball is right around the corner and let's take a moment to remember and celebrate the Final Ride season of Albert, Yadi and Waino.

How would you like to win this AWESOME helmet that was hand-signed by @PujolsFive, @Yadimolina04, and @UncleCharlie50! pic.twitter.com/8WWqlaZ8DO— Pujols Foundation (@pujolsfound) February 20, 2023
This is certainly a collector’s item that all Cardinals fans would love to have.
Pujols and Molina may have retired, but their impact is still felt in St. Louis, and any fan of the Cardinals would love to get their hands on one of these helmets.
Wainwright, Pujols, and Molina are all legends in their own right and have been some of the most impactful players in the history of Cardinals baseball.
The final ride for Molina and Pujols was certainly a memorable one and one that will be cherished in St. Louis for years to come.
The season featured moments such as Wainwright and Molina breaking the record for most wins and starts as a battery and Pujols hitting his 700th career home run.
