Adam Wainwright Led Fans On A Fun Journey

Adam Wainwright is a man of the people.

The St. Louis Cardinals ace likes to have fun with his fans on Twitter.

But he’s done a little something extra this time.

Each day following a start from the previous day, Wainwright likes to do a “Day after pitching old man walk.”

Knowing his career is winding down, he makes sure to take in the sights and sounds of the baseball world.

He always takes pictures of what he sees and tweets about them.

But after a seven-inning performance on Monday night, Wainwright did a little something fun on Tuesday for his old man walk, hiding a signed baseball somewhere in Busch Stadium and seeing which fans could find it first, challenging his Twitter followers to a scavenger hunt.

Waino’s Scavenger Hunt

Wainwright truly is a man of the people and is great at engaging with his fans on social media.

This is a fun little thing he did to engage with his fans.

Now the only question is, who found the signed baseball?

Wainwright was kind enough to give everybody hints about where it was.

Cardinals fans know Busch Stadium like the back of their hand, so it’s hard to imagine it being too hard for them to find the baseball.

But Wainwright really led Cards fans on a nice fun journey.

Wainwright is very serious when he’s pitching, but when he’s not, he’s always goofing off and having fun with fans and teammates alike.

This is just another example of Wainwright being a man who just enjoys life.

Hopefully he’ll do some more of these little scavenger hunts before he ultimately retires.
