The Green Bay Packers will participate in this year’s NFL International Series.
It will be the 15th season that the league will play regular-season games overseas.
The Packers will meet the New York Giants on October 9 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Green Bay is favored to win the game because of reigning Most Valuable Player Aaron Rodgers.
While the result is still unknown, the veteran quarterback will fulfill a startling fact once he takes the first snap.
Fun fact: @AaronRodgers12 will be the first reigning MVP QB to play in an NFL London Game.

The NFL UK Twitter account revealed that Rodgers will be the first ever reigning MVP quarterback to play in an NFL London game.
Rodgers won his fourth MVP award by edging the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Tom Brady.
It’s also his second consecutive MVP trophy and he is just one away from Peyton Manning‘s five.
He could tie the Hall of Famer if he has another solid season with the Packers.
That possibility might not have happened if rumors of his retirement were true.
Instead, he remained with the Packers via a three-year, $150 million deal, making him the highest-paid NFL player in terms of average annual value.
But while Rodgers’ presence will give Green Bay the advantage, Davante Adams‘ departure might prove to be costly.
How Will Green Bay Fare Without Adams?
Adams joined the Las Vegas Raiders and signed a five-year, $141.25 million deal.
He and Rodgers became one of the top quarterback-receiver tandems in the league.
Therefore, will Green Bay’s offense remain as effective without the All-Pro wideout?
Rodgers will rely on Randall Cobb, Allen Lazard, Sammy Watkins, and rookie Christian Watson to keep their passing game going.
If all goes well, the Packers shouldn’t have problems defeating the Giants.
Still, Green Bay should look out for Kayvon Thibodeaux who will try to pressure Rodgers all game.
