The Green Bay Packers and Aaron Rodgers have put the entire organization in such a weird spot.
For one, you have Rodgers showing up and practicing like nothing is amiss.
Meanwhile, the general sentiment seems to be that he will be gone following the season.
Add in Jordan Love being in no man’s land and this is enough drama for an exciting reality television show.
It makes sense that all the players would be on the side of Rodgers.
They too want to win a Super Bowl and know their best chance is with him under center.
So for now, the team is going about their business as usual, leaving Rodgers and the front office to solve their issues behind the scenes.
As for the legendary quarterback, he is still doing ridiculous things.

Packers fans will be hoping the front office saw that throw as a reminder of what they are about to lose.
Being Able To Focus
Other players in Rodgers’ position may decide to just sit out and force their way out of town.
But he still shows plenty of loyalty toward his team and isn’t dogging it in any sense.
His deep throw into the net, in front of a ton of fans, proves he is the same ‘ole player ready to chase a Super Bowl in 2021.
That is the wild thing about the whole situation in general.
The Packers have gone to consecutive NFC Championship Games and Rodgers was the league MVP last season.
The team could have easily maximized talent all around the roster and chased titles under Rodgers was ready to retire.
Instead, they decided upon a premature replacement plan in Love, who isn’t exactly blowing anyone away so far.
If he was, he may be starting in 2021.

Rodgers leading the team to a title and forcing a trade in the offseason would be a legendary move.
He would be a hero, not that he isn’t already, in Green Bay and the front office would be praying Love is indeed the answer.
Of course, the two sides could always work out their differences.
However, that would require a major change in organizational philosophy and drafting Love may have already been the final straw.
Knowing Rodgers’ personality, at least what he shows to the public, he would love to win that second title and coast out of town on top.
He could also keep his career going elsewhere like Tom Brady is doing in Florida.
If he leaves, it will be up to Love to avoid a major downfall for the entire organization.
