This offseason should be an interesting one for Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers.
Rodgers is still making up his mind about the 2023 NFL season and has been constantly asked about what his next destination will be.
At the moment, it appears that retiring, returning to the Packers, or joining a new team are all still on the table.
However, Rodgers eliminated the possibility of one destination.

Rodgers contended that he will not be joining the San Francisco 49ers.
The 49ers might just need a day-one starting quarterback in 2023, considering Brock Purdy’s injury that he sustained in the NFC Championship, Jimmy Garoppolo is not coming back to the team, and Trey Lance is still dealing with an injury of his own.
Rodgers making a move to the 49ers would make sense, considering that he played college football in California, and has plenty of roots there.
However, at least for now, Rodgers made a definitive statement that he would not be moving to San Francisco.
Where will Rodgers end up?
Although the Packers are still the favorite to win the Rodgers’ sweepstakes, the New York Jets are right behind them, at least, in some major sportsbooks.
Whether Rodgers will move on remains to be seen, as he continues to assert that he has not made a final decision regarding next year’s status.
The good news for 49ers fans, at least, is that they won’t need to wait and see what Rodgers will do, considering that he has already ruled their team out.
