The Green Bay Packers got Aaron Rodgers back last week just in time to take down the Seattle Seahawks.
That meant he played in a game after not practicing during his 10-day quarantine period.
Jump ahead to this week and he has been out of practice once again.
So what is the reason this time?
And will he miss games?
A toe is the answer to the first question.
A mysterious toe injury, that Rodgers won’t add detail about, is what has kept him off the field this week as the Packers prepare for Week 11.
But he has continually said he is playing Sunday, even if he doesn’t practice during the week.
Packers head coach Matt LaFleur confirmed the same.
Matt LaFleur says Aaron Rodgers will start Sunday, echoing what Rodgers said Wednesday.

So even if he doesn’t practice, he is playing Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings.
Packers Have Their Star Back
Rodgers proved last week he can do just fine without practice.
Matt LaFleur still hasn’t lost back-to-back games in the same season. Unreal.

The Packers defense is playing at an elite level this year and Rodgers may not have to play at his usual MVP level for the team to remain atop the NFC through the remainder of the regular season.
Remember, the Packers only lost to the Kansas City Chiefs by a final of 13-7 with Jordan Love at quarterback.
The concerns would start to creep in if Rodgers is unable to practice over the course of the next several weeks.
That would point toward an injury that may be far more serious than he is describing.
But until we see what happens, there is no need for Packers fans to worry.
The Packers have their star back and that means they remain Super Bowl contenders once again.
2022 is when the real drama surrounding Rodgers can begin as he potentially lands on a new team.
