Aaron Judge hit home run No. 48 last night to add to his dominant season as the New York Yankees beat the New York Mets, 4-2, and swept the Subway Series.
Judge had gone a few games without hitting a home run, but hit a big one last night.
But before Judge hit that home run, there was a Mets fan in the crowd at Yankee Stadium who tried to start a “Let’s Go Mets” chant.
True to form, the Yankee fans all around him gave him some grief for it and booed him.
But he was enjoying himself, until Judge actually hit the home run and completely embarrassed him.

At Least You Tried
This is the best way for a player to shut down an opposing fan who’s heckling him.
In this case, the Mets fan was quite outnumbered, surrounded by Yankees fans who booed him and then got to laugh right in his face when Judge went yard.
This fan was so confident and enjoying being the odd man out in this situation.
Ultimately though, it backfired on him in the best way possible.
He gambled and eventually lost with his chant.
Now, this Mets fan is all over social media, with a viral video being spread around of him being completely humiliated in front of thousands of Yankees fans.
That’s not what you want if you’re this Mets fan.
He was expecting Judge to strike out there.
Judge clearly did not grant him his wish.
At least he tried though.
You have to at least admire the energy he brought and his confidence.
But in hilarious fashion, he was completely and utterly embarrassed and ended up having all of Yankee Stadium laughing right in his face.
