Aaron Judge Reached A Milestone In Grand Fashion

When healthy, Aaron Judge is easily one of the best players in all of baseball.

Over the past several years, the New York Yankees veteran slugger has dealt with more than his fair share of injuries.

But now, he’s back and healthy, and he’s hitting home runs like nobody’s business.

For all of the talk about Kyle Schwarber‘s recent hot streak, Judge is on one of his own.

Last night, in Pittsburgh, Judge blasted his 30th home run of the season, and you might say he did it in “grand” style.

MLB on FOX tweeted about the home run and how it was in fact a grand slam, with a cool graphic of Judge below the caption.

In Grand Style

Judge is back at it again.

This guy cannot be slowed down right now.

He’s on pace to get close to where he was in his rookie season in terms of total home runs.

That year, he hit 52 home runs and was not too far off from winning the American League MVP Award.

If you ask most people in baseball, they would tell you that the MVP Award should have gone to him in 2017 due to a certain team’s sign-stealing scandal.

But this isn’t about that.

The point is, with the way Judge is hitting now, it’s hard to imagine him not taking home the MVP Award this year.

He’s certainly hitting the ball well and swinging a hot bat as he leads the Yankees on their historic run.

The Yankees are red-hot and so is he.

He’s already earned a starting spot on the American League All-Star roster.

We’ll see if the MVP Award is next.
