The NFL Pro Bowl is more about the honor than the game itself.
Fans will note how many times a player has been elected to a Pro Bowl without breaking down the stats in the annual exhibition.
Fan voting has been underway for some time and it is always fascinating to see those players who gain votes from all around the NFL world.
Jonathan Taylor has burst onto the NFL scene this year and sits atop the list of vote-getters to this point.
But the story so far has to be the fact a timeless name has joined the top of the list.

Tom Brady, who is no stranger to the Pro Bowl, seems like a lock to make it back and could end up being the highest vote-getter of all by the end of the year.
Tom Brady’s Pro Bowl Past
Brady has made 14 Pro Bowls in his career, with his last coming during the 2018 season.
That season marked the end of a full decade of Pro Bowl appearances for the legendary quarterback.
Of course, he often missed the game thanks to so many deep postseason runs with the New England Patriots.
Bucs QB Tom Brady ranks fifth among all NFL players in fan balloting for the Pro Bowl with 111,716 votes. Overall leader is Colts running back Jonathan Taylor, with 126,381. Fan voting continues for another two weeks.

He is hoping to be busy once again this year as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers try to defend their Super Bowl title.
Brady may even win the NFL MVP award for the fourth time in his career given his 30 passing touchdowns through 11 games this season.
Alongside Brady and Taylor, it is no surprise to see the likes of Myles Garrett, Cooper Kupp, and Travis Kelce on the list.
All three are top NFL stars and will be competing for awards and honors once the season is over.
But will any ever reach the level of Brady?
That is tough for any athlete in any sport as the quarterback is set to make his 15th Pro Bowl at the age of 44.
