Fans of the New York Knicks have been cautiously optimistic lately because their team is starting to finally and truly look like the squad they have been waiting for.
The team has been doing incredibly well lately and has taken down some big, fearsome foes.
For example, they defeated the Boston Celtics on Monday night with a strong 109-94 victory at home.

This marked their sixth straight win since landing Josh Hart from the Portland Trail Blazers.
Even though the deal for Hart wasn’t the biggest at the NBA trade deadline, there were many people elated to see him join the team.
Since his arrival, the Knicks have looked like real contenders.
They have conquered the Utah Jazz, Brooklyn Nets, Atlanta Hawks, Washington Wizards, New Orleans Pelicans, and Celtics since February 11.
Not only have they claimed those wins, but they have also done so by huge margins at times.
They took down the Nets by nearly 20 points, for example.
Additionally, they beat the Pelicans by 22.
What has Hart been doing during his first six matches with the Knicks?
He has averaged 13.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 3.2 assists during his 26 minutes on the court.
He hasn’t started in a single game but he has become a pivotal part of the bench in a short amount of time.
The entire Knicks squad has been working very well together, with players like Jalen Brunson, Julius Randle, and Immanuel Quickley all showing how important they are to the team.
Hart isn’t the sole reason why the Knicks are surging right now, it really is a team effort.
And it’s quite an impressive effort.
