The NFL is a quarterback-driven league, with plenty of teams still looking for their future starter.
Plenty of teams are on a week-to-week basis with their QB and are just hoping for some clarity in the future.
Some offenses have looked bad to start the season and they could be looking for a QB change.
Here are three teams that need a QB change.
Tennessee Titans
The Titans are 0-2 to start the season and 34-year-old QB, Ryan Tannehill, is not the long-term answer.
Luckily for them, Malik Willis fell to the third round of this past NFL draft and could be the guy in Tennessee.
Willis was seen as one of the top two quarterbacks heading into the 2022 draft.
Some people even believed he would be a first-round pick.
But, after falling to the third round he ends up sitting behind Tannehill to start his career.
After a Week 2 performance that was embarrassing as it gets in the NFL, the Titans need to make a move.

The Titans have a Week 3 matchup with the Las Vegas Raiders which is another tough game.
If Tannehill struggles again in Week 3, it should be time to see what they have in Willis.
The Titans have not had a hyped rookie QB since Marcus Mariota.
So while this may be unfamiliar waters for their current coaching staff, Willis deserves a shot to show what he can do.
Indianapolis Colts
Matt Ryan has taken over the reins as the starter in Indianapolis for the 2022 season but things have not gone well.
The 37-year-old QB has looked bad through two weeks and the Colts are still looking for a win.
With this most recent game in Jacksonville being a brutal showing.

The Colts have an elite run game and offensive line but that unit is not helping Ryan out much this season.
The offensive line has struggled to keep Ryan upright even though the 37-year-old is a statue in the pocket.
It might be time to see what Nick Foles can give them.
The former Super Bowl winner has a history with Colts head coach, Frank Reich, as they won the Super Bowl together.
It makes you wonder if they can bring back some of that magic in Indianapolis.
The Colts have a win-now roster so the quarterback must be able to help the cause.
Heading into a tough matchup against the Chiefs in Week 3, it may be time to see what Foles can do.
Pittsburgh Steelers
The Mitchell Trubisky experiment has not gone as planned for the Steelers.
They are 1-2 and have one of the worst offenses in the NFL.
It is time to see what rookie, Kenny Pickett, can give this offense.
They have too many good players to not score a bunch of points.
Najee Harris, Diontae Johnson, George Pickens, and Chase Claypool give the Steelers a good group of weapons.
But, they need someone to get them the ball.
Trubisky has not been able to do that so the time is now for Pickett.
Everyone knows Trubisky is just a bridge QB until Pickett is ready.
So there is no reason to not find out what the future of the Steelers can do now.
Steelers head coach, Mike Tomlin, has a streak of 15 consecutive seasons without a losing record.
But, that could be in jeopardy this year if he does not turn the team over to Pickett soon.
