There were a few NFL teams that possibly saved their seasons on Sunday.
While a few others just continued to operate like it was business as usual.
But, the teams that pulled off upset wins are looking to carry that momentum into next week.
Without further ado, here are three teams who got big wins on Sunday.
1. New York Jets
The New York Jets entered their home game against the Buffalo Bills with a record of 5-3.
Also, the Jets were double-digit underdogs in the game.
But, that did not seem to bother them as they pulled off one of the best wins of the NFL season.
The New York defense showed out in a big way limiting the high-scoring Bills to only 17 points.

New York now improves to 6-3 on the year and is in a highly contested battle in the AFC East.
It is hard to look at them as pretenders after this surprising win.
2. Seattle Seahawks
The Geno Smith-led Seattle Seahawks just continue to shock the league.
After a 31-21 win over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, the Seahawks improved to 6-3 on the year.
That is good enough for first place in the NFC West.

Head coach Pete Carroll should be the favorite for Coach of the Year.
Seattle was projected to be the worst team in football this year and have their eyes set on the number one pick.
Instead, they continue to rip off wins and find themself looking like a playoff team.
This was a big game for the Seahawks to maintain their lead in the division.
Now they are set to face off with Tom Brady and the Bucs in Week 10.
3. Miami Dolphins
The Miami Dolphins continue to play good football with Tua Tagovailoa under center.
In games Tua has started this season, the Dolphins are 6-1.
Sunday was another great showing from the young QB.

Miami pulled off an impressive 35-32 win in Chicago.
This win moved the Dolphins to 6-3 on the year, the same record as the Jets and .5 games back of the Bills for first place in the AFC East.
If Tagovailoa can stay healthy, there is no reason to think the Dolphins will not be playoff-bound this year.
With a sneaky chance at stealing the AFC East away from the heavily favorited Bills.
