The 2022 offseason is the wildest in NFL history.

Teams have traded several star quarterbacks to new teams.

The Green Bay Packers shipped the best receiver in the NFL off to Las Vegas.

They have also gutted their team for the 2022 season.

Tom Brady would retire, only to come back again to finish some unfinished business.

These past two months I’ve realized my place is still on the field and not in the stands. That time will come. But it’s not now. I love my teammates, and I love my supportive family. They make it all possible. I’m coming back for my 23rd season in Tampa. Unfinished business LFG pic.twitter.com/U0yhRKVKVm

These moves made headlines in the NFL offseason for 2022.

With player trades and signings, NFL fans look at the coaches next.

Some teams have the same coaching staff in place.

Others brought in new head coaches and coaching staffs.

The movements of coaches in the NFL bring us to one important question.

Which three NFL coaches have the most job security in 2022?

3. New England Patriots Coach Bill Belichick

Anyone who knows Bill Belichick knows he won’t have any worries in New England.

He is grooming his new star quarterback, Mac Jones.

His defense is solid and now has cornerback Malcolm Butler returning to the team.

Belichick also wants to prove that he can win a Super Bowl without Brady.

He wants fans to know his coaching got the Patriots to the Super Bowl, not Brady.

He built the Patriots team into a defensive powerhouse in his years with them.

They rank top ten in defense nearly every season.

Belichick is a long-term coach for the New England Patriots.

He has won too many championships for the franchise for them to fire him.

That’s not all, as Belichick has a drive to keep winning championships for New England.

That drive for success keeps him off the hot seat in New England.

2. Los Angeles Rams Coach Sean McVay

Bringing  a Super Bowl to Los Angeles saved Sean McVay from the hot seat in 2021.

Players on the Rams roster poise them to make another run for the Super Bowl in 2022.

Matthew Stafford comes back for another season at quarterback.

He will have his top receiver Cooper Kupp returning as well.

Besides that, the Rams added Allen Robinson.

He comes in to replace Robert Woods at receiver.

Aaron Donald is still on defense and looking for another commanding season with the team.

These things make life easy for McVay and the Rams going into 2022.

The roster McVay has set up in Los Angeles keeps him safe for some time with the team.

1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Coach Todd Bowles

Todd Bowles takes over for retiring head coach Bruce Arians.

He can thank Brady and Arians for the team that is in Tampa today.

The seven-time Super Bowl champion helped bring back many players to Tampa.

His return also ensures that Tampa Bay has a quarterback with experience under center in 2022.

Had he not returned, the team stood to lose critical players on the offensive side of the ball.

Leonard Fournette and Chris Godwin signed long-term deals when Brady announced his return.

These players were key in the offensive production of Tampa Bay in 2021.

Without these players, the team would have a weaker offense for Brady.

Those players also help with Bowles staying in as coach for the Buccaneers beyond 2022.
